Wheelchair Rental Refund Policy
Thank you for choosing us for your wheelchair rental needs! We aim to provide clear and fair policies for all our customers.
Refundable Deposit: A refundable deposit is required for all wheelchair rentals. We're proud to be the only company in Singapore that does not deduct from your deposit for normal wear and tear or minor damage to parts caused by regular use. You can use our wheelchairs with peace of mind! The only instance where your deposit would be withheld is in the event of the complete loss of the rented wheelchair.
Rental Period and Early Returns: When you rent a wheelchair, it is reserved exclusively for you for the agreed-upon rental period. The Full rental fee for the agreed period (e.g., two weeks) is payable, even if the wheelchair is returned early. This policy ensures fairness to our company for reserving the equipment.
Exchange of Rental Mode: Should you need to exchange your rented wheelchair for another mode (e.g., a different type of wheelchair), this is generally permitted. However, any transportation costs associated with the exchange will be the responsibility of the customer.
Refund Processing: All eligible refunds, including your deposit, will be processed back to you via your original payment method whenever possible. This includes credit card, PayPal, PayNow, or cash, depending on how you initially paid.
