We will ensure that every wheelchair delivered is in good condition. It is also the customer's responsibility to verify that it is the correct model and has the functions you need.
For minor damage, such as issues with the braking systems, scratches, or other parts, our company will fully absorb the costs and will not charge the customer. We understand that there will inevitably be wear and tear after use. Therefore, you can use it with peace of mind and do not have to worry about any deductions from your deposit for no reason. Only major damages, such as irreparable damage to the body frame caused by mishandling or lost of wheelchair will be deducted from the $100 deposit.
For overseas customers, a booking fee of SGD 50 is required to secure a rental wheelchair. If a cancellation is made two days before the scheduled collection, the booking fee will be forfeited.
